Can you hold a place before I apply?

Yes, units can be held with a hold deposit during the initial application process. However, it is on a first come first serve basis.
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

No, security deposits are used for end of residency expenditures only. Rent is due on the last month of residency.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 and over.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

During your tenancy we cover the cost of keeping your unit habitable.
